About Thrive Society
At Thrive Society Coaching, our work is grounded in integrity—honoring the ICF code of ethics and showing up with professionalism, trust and respect in every conversation. We lead with radical compassion, creating space for your full humanity while gently guiding you toward growth. Our commitment to inclusion shapes everything we do, from our intentionally accessible pricing to our belief that coaching should be available to more people, not just a privileged few. We value alignment before achievement, helping you define success on your own terms—rooted in what matters most to you. Through empowered accountability, we support you in showing up fully for yourself, offering both encouragement and honest reflection. And above all, we honor growth over perfection, celebrating each step forward, no matter how small.
Coaching (defined)
Coaching is a partnership that helps to bridge the gap between where we are now and where we want to be. It helps us to find clarity, strengthen focus, enhance awareness (of self and surroundings) and accelerate progress.
As a coaching client of Thrive Society, you will have the opportunity to explore new thoughts and say what you might not normally express out loud with your coach as a committed listener. Your coach will hold space for you to discover and clarify what you want to achieve, help you uncover strategies to fulfill your goals, and offer accountability along the way.
Coaching v. therapy
In simple terms, therapy is for healing; coaching is for growth. In coaching, we look forward, focusing on goals, aspirations and dreams, and bringing them to fruition.
Coaching does not replace therapy; and therapy does not replace coaching. You can see a therapist and work with a coach simultaneously. Our work is undeniably complementary.
Your coach will partner with you to take it a step further. It’s about more than just healing; it’s about thriving.
