What makes Thrive Society different from other coaches?

At Thrive Society Coaching, among the things that set us apart is integrity. Our work is grounded in ICF-accredited education, ensuring professional standards and ethical practices that put the client first. But what truly makes us different is the blend of heart and experience that informs every session.

With a background in organizational communication and years of real-world career insight, we bring not only coaching skills but also a deep understanding of the complex dynamics people face in work and life. Our approach is also built on radical compassion—clients feel seen, heard and genuinely supported as they navigate personal and professional change.

We believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality coaching, which is why our pricing is designed to be inclusive and accessible, without compromising quality.

This isn’t surface-level motivation. It’s grounded, intentional work designed to help you build a life aligned with your values—with someone who is truly in your corner.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process where a coach helps a client to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be by exploring challenges, identifying potential, and developing strategies to achieve desired outcomes, whether personal or professional.

What types of coaching does Thrive Society offer?

Your Thrive Society coach is equipped to support you across a variety of topics, but many clients get started with one of these four, core areas: relationship coaching (e.g., romantic relationships, friendships, family dynamics, colleagues and other workplace relationships), career coaching (e.g., college to career, career changes, leadership skills, professional advancement), life transition coaching (e.g., relocation, career or relationship change, loss, empty nesting), health and wellness coaching (e.g., a holistic approach addressing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness).

Who can benefit from coaching?

Individuals seeking personal growth, professionals and entrepreneurs, those looking for more balance and/or an improved sense of wellbeing, individuals seeking stronger relationships, or anyone who values support and accountability.

How is coaching different from therapy?

In simple terms, therapy is for healing; coaching is for growth. Coaching focuses on improving performance, achieving specific goals and developing personal and professional skills; coaching deals with current challenges and future goals, focusing on actionable strategies and skill development. Therapy focuses on treating mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma; therapy deals with past experiences, emotions and behaviors to address underlying mental health issues.Coaching does not replace therapy and therapy does not replace coaching. You can see a therapist and work with a coach simultaneously. Our work is undeniably complementary.

How often are coaching sessions?

Frequency is driven by the client, but generally the recommended cadence is once a month for a period of 6-12 months.

How much does coaching with Thrive Society cost?

The price per session ranges from $65-85 depending on the package selected. Accepted payment methods currently include Venmo and check. Please inquire for more detailed information about coaching packages and pricing.

Do you offer free consultations or discovery calls?

Yes! We offer a 30-minute consultation on the house.
